How to fit a square peg into a round hole

This was perhaps our hardest project to date given the long narrow strip of land and restrictions imposed by both the Town and neighbors. We used plentiful windows to bring in the natural light and designed the house whereby the kids could be catered to in the areas around the kitchen while Mum and Dad have a sanctuary at the far end of the house.

Once again we used premium grade materials including wider floor boards, spray foam insulation, bi-fold doors and most importantly solid heavy gauge interior doors. Midway through the building process, we sold the house to a  young family who we then worked closely with to customize the house. Numerous hours at Porcelanosa to pick tile and plenty of visits to bathroom suppliers and 10 months after building began the house was ready for occupancy.

The house boasts 5 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and a state of the art kitchen which is ideally positioned for family living and entertaining. It was pre-wired for a Lutron system and the owner has installed Sonos, surround sound and electric blinds in many of the rooms.
